1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PhenomWash. By accessing or using our website, www.phenomwash.com, and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
PhenomWash provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related services. The specific services provided will be those agreed upon between you and PhenomWash at the time of booking.
3. Service Appointments
When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time, but exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.
PhenomWash reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to provide safe and effective service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A convenience fee may apply for credit card payments.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. The deposit amount will be specified in your service quote.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.
7. Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the performance of services. This includes access to water sources and electrical outlets as needed. Please secure pets, remove obstacles, and close windows before our arrival.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, PhenomWash is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that may be revealed during the cleaning process, including but not limited to loose paint, rotting wood, cracked windows, or existing water leaks.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Insurance
PhenomWash maintains comprehensive business liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
10. Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website at any time without notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PhenomWash and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
